1957 Fender Tweed Bassman chassis No Reserve 57 Project Amp Auction Description: 1957 Fender Tweed Bassman chassis Made in 1957 in Fullerton, California, USA, not a reissue or clone, this is the real deal! The Fender Tweed Bassman is the staple of all guitar amplifiers.... 4 input¦ Presence ¦LOVE! The Amp works great with no issues, sounds amazing!! The chassis Stamp is "GH"; August 1957. At some point, it has been worked on over the years, some electronic components were replaced. Transformers (Never rewound) Filter Caps have been changed, it sounds great as is!!! The Original pots turn freely without any noise.  Looks like the output transformer was replaced with a Fender Bassman Schumacher 5th week of 1961 Transformer. The power and choke transformers are correct. 3 prong ground power cord added, There parts that were replaced are not with the chassis. The chassis has a small hole on the right side and one by the Green Diode, 2 in total. The Chrome plating and silk screens look great.  Chassis guaranteed to work and not "Dead on arrival" Buyer is responsible for all shipping. $35.00 shipped with Fed Ex Ground. $225.00 with EMS or Fed Ex outside the USA. $75.00 to Canada Express with EMS.
