Amp Auction Description: 1968 Fender Vibro Champ!Completely Original Here is an opportunity to own a very collectible piece of Fender history. Up for auction is an excellent 1968 Fender Vibro Champ. This amp is in excellent condition considering it is 43 years old. I hate to part with this amp, but I need to make room for the next one. This Champ has it's original 2 prong plug, tube chart, and original speaker. These amps are rare to find in this condition (stock). And man does this thing have beautiful tone. There's a reason Clapton recorded the whole Layla album with one of these. With the volume half way up it has that incredible Fender clean, and when you crank it you get nice overdrive. The Vibrato works as it should and is adjustable for speed and intensity. All in all this is a nice way to get into collecting vintage amps at an entry-level price.
