Amp Auction Description: 1959/60 Magnatone Model 'Custom 260' High Fidelity Amp Made by Magna Electronics Co, Inglewood, California USAThis is a 1959/60 Magnatone Model 'Custom 260' High Fidelity Vibrato All-Tube Dual 12" Guitar Amplifier. Used. Made by Magna Electronics of Inglewood, California USA. This is one of the cleanest, one-owner Magnatone 260's that I have found in years!!! Even includes the original Operating Instructions Manual with Warranty Card!!Some Features: 35 watts of all-tube output power, two original Magnatone/Oxford 12" speakers, "Big V" Magnatone Vibrato System. Tubes in this amp are as follows: (2) 6L6GC (1960 GE), (2) 6CG7 (1960 GE), (3) 12AX7's (Amperex of Holland) and (1) 5U4GA (1960 GE). Except for the two 'large chips' on the right side of the wood cabinet, this one is in very clean shape. It has just been thru the Electronics Shop with a complete service and the AC cord being replaced with a safer 3-Prong one. Cabinet measures: 25 3/4" long by 9 3/16" deep by 20" tall.
