Amp Auction: Sunn Sonic I tube bass guitar amp head/speaker cabinet

Amp Auction Description: You are viewing a vintage 60's Sunn Sonic I bass / guitar amp. This auction is for the head and cabinet, both. I have owned this amp for a little less than a year, and it has worked great for both guitar and bass, with no complaintsor known issues. It could stand to have a technician go through it and clean it and replace and bias the tubes, as I don't think that has happened in decades, according to the person whom I bought it from. Still, a great looking and sounding amp, with warm rich vintage tube tone. The amp and cabinet are in very nice condition, with light signs of use and wear only. I would rate the overall visual condition at a strong 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. Here is some more discussion about this model on another website: sunn.ampage.org Shipping is going to be $100 within the U.S. only, for the head and cabinet in two separate packages. I am sorry, but I don't want to risk shipping it outside of the country and dealing with customs, as custom packages will have to be created. On Dec-08-10 at 19:02:10 PST, seller added the following information:I did try to show this in the photos, but the electrical socket in the back of the head is loose, which you would use to power something else. This in no way affects the performance of the amp.
