Amp Auction Description: 2004 FENDER 65 TWIN REVERB AMPLIFIER!For your consideration is this slightly used 2004 Fender '65 Twin Reverb electric guitar amplifier. Taking cues from it's legendary blackface-era 1965 predecessor, the reissue '65 Twin Reverb faithfully reproduces the full, rich tone, effects and aesthetic appointments of the original '65 Twin Reverb. Features include dual-channel operation (Normal/Vibrato) with 2 1/4" instrument inputs for both, controls for Volume, Treble, Middle and Bass, both with Bright switches, the latter boasting controls for Reverb as well as Speed/Intensity controls for the Vibrato effect. The '65 Twin Reverb puts out 85 watts RMS of power through 2 12" Jensen speakers courtesy of 2 12AT7, 4 12AX7 and 4 6L6GC power tubes. This particular example is in perfect working condition, and sounds great providing the full, warm tone with loads of clean headroom just like the original. Also, just like the original, this amp is LOUD! It breaks up nicely up past 5/6 on the Volume control, however one would be advised to warn the neighbors! Everything operates flawlessly without any distracting noise, popping, scratchiness or intermittence as do both the Reverb and Vibrato effects providing the classic tones Fender amps have become renowned for. The included footswitch is also in perfect working condition.Cosmetically, this amp is in very excellent condition, exhibiting very few signs of past wear or use. There is some dust from storage present, but with some light cleaning this amp will look as good as it did the day it left the factory.Also included in this auction is the original factory-supplied cover, and the original footswitch.Please be patient and allow my 50+ detailed photographs to load.
