Amp Auction Description: Vintage 1959 Fender Bassman Tweed Tube Amplifier Stock# 05192011-19-B CN MHMake/Model: 1959 Fender Bassman Serial #: DM00660 Power source: 2x 6L6 Watts: 50 Weight: 46.6 Dimensions: 23.5x9.5x23" Speakers: 4x10" Jensen P10R Special Design Features: All original with a few minor exceptions. Condition: This Vintage 1959 Fender Bassman is in excellent working condition, and is widely regarded as THE guitar amp. It looks great with some wear in the tweed, as is to be expected from an amp this age. Tweed is frayed and ripped on the bottom corners, but overall it looks good. Top corners have been reinforced with newer pieces of tweed. The handle has been replaced and the brackets that hold the handle have been repositioned, so that there are holes from the original screws. One of the input jacks as well as a volume pot have been replaced as well. As for everything else, its all original and both looks and sounds amazing. All original parts are included though. The faceplate has some light scratches but overall looks great. All pots are smooth and secure. Speaker grill looks great, but does have one tiny hole in it, which can barely be seen. It has an awesome sound and tons of mojo. Get yourself a piece of history and an amp with a truly amazing sound. This 59 Bassman is ready to go! Will be professionally packed and shipped.
