I don't know how much time is on the tubes but they sound fine. Includes the footswitch, cover and paperwork. International OK but you will pay the additional shipping and insurance charges. We ship UPS in the USA, and DHL or Priority Mail everywhere else. Priority Mail not available everywhere, please check with me before bidding international.
