It is the most powerful and most expensive amp that Sears ever produced.It is the same amp as used by Jack White of The White Stripes and The Raconteurs.If you're looking for amazing 1960's rock tone, look no further.About this amp:This amp has incredible tone and is very LOUDPreamp tubes are original Silvertone tubes. The 6L6 power tubes are vintage blackplate RCA and GE tubes.Everything works. The tremolo and reverb both work though the reverb tends to self oscillate when it is switched on. The tremolo sounds fantastic.All the speakers sound great. Four of the six Jensen C10q speakers date to the 38th week of 1965. The other two C10q's are newer Jensen reissues.The back panel is a newer replacement that was made to the exact same size/shape as the original.Structurally the amp is in fantastic condition. This amp has been heavily modded by Joe Morgan of Morgan Amplification. http://www.morganamps.com/The amp sounds amazing and looks amazing. The amp includes reverb and tremolo has a new Jensen Jet speaker (300 dollars) new case and had a black face plate now. A phase inverter has been added as well for more headroom, tilt legs have been added too. It includes a road case made by the Case Place here in Los Angeles Ca. The serial number is A999391. I was told it was a 72 but I looked up the serial code dating and it's says it's a 1969. I've included pictures of the serial number dating and the transformer. You will want to verify for yourself. Amp Auction: 63 Fender Showman Amp (head only)

Amp Auction Description: Great VINTAGE Fender tone and power in an easy to handle package. If you've clicked on this item, you probably know of the possibilities with this amp. It is 85 watts of good ol' Fender tube tone and vibe. I am seeing more and more pro musicians using different amp and speaker combinations for the different demands of various venues, depending on size of room, acoustics, size of band, outside gig? - you name it. There is enough power here for any gig and any speaker size. Of course, you may need a nice blond/wheat head to go with your matching speaker cabinet...here it is. The pix don't lie. This amp is in exceptional condition and has no signs of abuse at all. I have not done any repairs on the Tolex other than cleaning. The hardware and knobs are also original; all there. This amp has not been banged around in the past 47 years. Also, as can be seen, the power and out-put transformers and choke are the original set that came on the amp. If you can't read the numbers, just e-mail a question and I'll give them to you. The electrolytics have been replaced, much like you change the fan belt on a '57 Chevy. These are all the RIGHT parts and the work is excellent. This vintage amp is now good for another lifetime! I will gladly e-mail additional pix of the interior of the chassis if you need more info. I have packed and shipped many amps over the years with no blow-back. Tubes are removed and individually (cushion) wrapped; interior cavity is filled with padding and the whole thing is then double-wrapped. Please, take a good look, and thank you for your interest. Amp Auction: Mesa Boogie 2ch Dual Rectifier

Amp Auction Description: Up for auction is my Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier. It's a 90's 2 channel model with pull out plug. Overall, the amp itself it quite excellent shape. I take exceptional care of my equipment and this guy's no exception. There a few minor dings on the tolex here and there, but all normal wear. There's a also some minor scrapes to the paint on the handle brackets. The scrapes are paint only and came from the rack I stored this head in at my practice space. They can be touched up very easily. I've included a picture of the handle. Recently, I've swapped out the Mesa power tubes for a set of JJ 6L6s, these have virtually no time on them, maybe a couple hours. These are what are included in the auction. The footswitch included is a Roland switch I used that fit my board better than the stock one. As I said this beast is in great shape. The electronics all work perfectly and this thing roars. It always did me well, but it's just too metal for me now, and I haven't used it in quite awhile.Shipping will be about $60.00 in the lower 48. The amp has some cosmetic damage to it. One corner looks like it got dropped or something. The front face pannel also has a bend on the right hand side and i'm not sure what the story is on that one either. I purchased the amp used and had it serviced about 6 months ago. Everything checked out fine and I also had new tubes put in it. The EL 84 tubes offer a nice brittish sounding distortion. this is a 1x12 combo amp and has the black shadow speaker. This is a great blues amp and it really likes having pedals in front of it. I normally used a tube screamer and thats it. Fender Super Amp combo 5C4 tweed, 1950's vintage 1950's Fender Super Amp. I believe it's 1952 or 1953 according to the family of the original owner but not 100% sure.The amp was played for several years by the original owner. I bought it with a 1953 Les Paul and the family believes the amp was also purchased around the same time but it could have been another date in the 1950's. The condition is as shown in the photos. The tweed cover does have cosmetic issues with tears or general blemishes as it was utilitarian for years. The amp was played. As you can see the carry handle has been replaced.2 Jensen Alnico 5 speakers are inside.The label inside the cabinet says it's a Super Amp model 5C4.I just had the amp serviced at a rate of $301.00. Tubes were replaced and that's all I'm aware of. Please be aware: I am not a musician and don't play. The amp powers on and appears to play just fine. I would imagine the amp is mostly original except the handle that I can see is replaced. Amp Auction: Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS

Amp Auction Description: This is a standard Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS with the BillM mods listed below Basic kit, cream board: Everything you need to eliminate that boxy sound, take the harsh edge off the distortion tones, add back the "missing" lowest octave of bass and sweeten the clean tones: Orange drop tone stack and coupling capacitors, adjustable bias trimpot, power supply stiffening capacitor, even a #55 high speed steel drill for a professional job installing the adjustable bias and power supply stiffening cap. (It's just a couple of small holes; a fresh, sharp drill makes it easy.) The adjustable bias is a high-rel, precision, sealed, 25-turn trimpot for setting your bias accurately. The power supply stiffening capacitor doubles the size of the main filter stage, halves the ripple going to the output tubes, and provides solid bass tones that you'll notice right away.TwinStack mod greatly improves tone stack flexibility. This has been getting rave reviews on the Fender Discussion Pages: The TwinStack Page. I recommend that you do this as part of the basic mods, as I do when I mod Blues Juniors. Just use a scrap of wire!Presence control: The presence control affects mid-high frequencies and gives the amp more (or less) bite, as shown here: The Presence Control page. It uses Mogami low-noise coaxial cable to connect to the circuit board and requires that you drill a 9/32" (7mm) hole in the face panel below the Fat switch. Despite the drilling, I highly recommend this mod"it will give you outstanding control over the amp's aggressiveness, going from hard-edged to mellow. The control has a built-in pull-up switch for the optional Clean Boost.The clean boost module: $45This is a one-inch square board that connects to your circuit board (held by one of the mounting screws) and connects to the circuit board in three places. All connections are from the top of the board; no need to remove it. It gives approximately the same increase in volume as the Fat switch, but without the increase in bass. It makes clean or distorted tones louder, and when used in conjunction with the Fat switch is about twice as loud. It does not increase distortion. It is usually controlled from the pull-up switch built into the presence control, or, if you wish, on its own footswitch. Standby Switch By popular demand! This kit replaces your power switch with a heavy-duty Carling progressive switch. It has three positions: off, standby, on. The kit is plug-and-play; no soldering or cutting of wires. Aside from this it is a standard Blues Jr tweed (which is a kill amp to beging with) The Blues Jr. pushed through a 12" Jensen speaker.The Blues Jr. NOS takes Fender's 15W gem and gives it the true vintage treatment with lacquered tweed covering and a vintage-style 12" Jensen speaker. Its power is generated by an all-tube signal path using a pair of EL84 Groove Tube output tubes and 3 - 12AX7 preamp tubes. Add renowned Fender reverb, flexible controls, and FAT circuit with footswitch for golden tones, and you're in business.
